How did the death occur? Careless Marshae was shot five times in the abdomen during a fight with another woman. The shooter walked free because prosecutors decided ‘the only true victim in this was the unborn baby’. A Grand Jury decided that Ms Jones had started the fight and therefore failed to protect the foetus. What was the fight about? A man, of course, the father of the foetus.
